Terms of Service

Quick Summary

• One account per person. Email must be unique.
• Device/IP limits. One account per device; one per IP may be enforced.
• No pushers, alts, boosting, bots, or exploits.
• Virtual items may reset each round. Credits do not reset between rounds.
• No refunds on credit purchases (where allowed under law, including the ACL).
• By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

These Terms govern your access to and use of Furb7 Studios and the game Empire of Vice (the “Service”). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ashley Schulz (trading as Furb7 Studios). Contact: contact@furb7.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 13+ to use the Service. If under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.
• One account per person. Your email must be unique.
• You are responsible for your account security.

3. One Account, Device & IP Limits

• One account per person and per device.
• We may enforce one account per IP address to deter abuse. VPNs/proxies to bypass limits are prohibited.
• If sharing a connection (household/school), contact support before playing. Exceptions may or may not be granted.

4. Multi-Accounting & “Pushers”

A “pusher” is an account used primarily to benefit another (e.g., feeding cash/items, arranged results, disposable alts).

• Creating, coordinating, or benefiting from pushers, alts, or boosting is prohibited.
• We may remove illegitimate gains, adjust rankings, suspend, or permanently ban involved accounts.

5. Virtual Items, Credits & Round Resets

• Virtual items and progression may reset at the end of a round.
• Credits do not reset. Credits are a revocable license with no monetary value, not redeemable for cash.

6. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• Payments are processed by third-party providers; you must be authorized to use the chosen method.
• No refunds on credit purchases, subject to the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
• Chargebacks may result in suspension/termination and removal of items/credits.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• No bots, macros, automation, packet editing, or unauthorized tools.
• No exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, DDoS, or accessing private APIs.
• No harassment, threats, or illegal content.
• No selling/trading accounts or items for real money, and no fraud.

8. User Content

If the Service allows posting (names, chat, forums), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content. We may remove content violating the Terms or law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service (branding, code, art, text) is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable license for entertainment use.

10. Availability, Updates & Data Loss

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Data loss can occur due to resets, bugs, or outages.

11. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Your ACL rights cannot be excluded. Where allowed, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying for re-supply.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

13. Enforcement & Appeals

• We may detect pushers, VPN abuse, multi-accounting, or unfair behavior.
• Actions include warnings, rollbacks, suspensions, bans, or ranking adjustments.
• You may contact support if you believe an error was made.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updates.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (or your State/Territory). We aim to resolve disputes informally first.
